Corvaden

The expensive failure in spares is not price. It is the wrong part arriving in the right port. Identification is the part of this service that decides whether the rest of it was worth anything.

Corvaden works from nameplate data, drawings and part numbers, and where a vessel’s documentation has gone missing, from photographs and dimensional measurement. Where an original part is the correct answer it is quoted as such. Where a qualified equivalent will hold in the application, both are put in front of the owner with the difference in specification, lead time and price set out.

Corvaden holds no standing inventory and is not an OEM distributor. Parts are sourced against the requisition, which means the recommendation is not shaped by what happens to be sitting on a shelf.
